Seriously Good Pizza Scrolls

20 MINUTES ‖ 9 SERVES

Ingredients

1 cup wholemeal flour

1 cup wholemeal self raising flour

1 cup Greek yoghurt

½ cup passata sauce

½ cup diced onion

1 cup baby spinach

½ cup tinned roasted peppers

½ cup diced ham

1 cup grated cheese 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced) and prepare a square baking tray with baking paper
  2. Mix all flour and yoghurt until just combined in a large bowl. Be careful to not over mix
  3. Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface and roll into a square shape. Aim for about 1cm thickness
  4. Spread passata sauce evenly over dough 
  5. Top with spinach, onion, roasted peppers, ham and finally grated cheese
  6. Roll the dough into a log and cut scrolls to about 3cm thickness each
  7. Place scrolls into baking tray side by side. Ensure there is no gap between scrolls to make sure they maintain their shape
  8. Bake in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned on the top
